Orders & Shipping
Delivery times vary by location. Within Dhaka, orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. For other districts in Bangladesh, delivery takes 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage to international destinations. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history, or by contacting our support team.
Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to change your delivery address. Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not possible.
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will be contacted to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional charges.
Payments & Pricing
We accept multiple payment methods including: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all locations within Bangladesh. Please have the exact amount ready as our delivery partners may not always carry change.
Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price you see is the final price you pay. There are no hidden charges except for delivery fees where applicable.
Yes, we offer EMI (Easy Monthly Installment) options for selected credit cards. EMI availability and terms depend on your bank and card type. Check with your bank for specific EMI offers.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your complete card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Please see our full Refund Policy for complete details.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization number.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.
Yes, we offer free exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and specify your preferred replacement. If the item is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange free return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
Products & Sizing
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your feet in the evening when they are slightly larger. If you are between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size for comfort. Feel free to contact our support for personalized sizing advice.
Yes, all YONKO products are 100% authentic. Each product comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and our proprietary NFC tag that you can scan to verify authenticity through our Digital Passport system.
We use premium materials including genuine leather, high-quality textiles, and durable soles. Specific material details are listed on each product page. We prioritize quality and durability in all our products.
Care instructions vary by product and material. Generally, we recommend keeping leather products clean and conditioned, storing shoes with shoe trees, and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture. Detailed care guides are included with each purchase.
